Battlefield 2042: Leaked beta release date and how to get early access

The Battlefield 2042 open beta release date has possibly leaked and you can still get the early access demo before it comes out.

It’s one of the most anticipated games of the year especially with the unique addition of Portal Mode. This is a feature that will allow players to remix classic maps in insane ways by building bizarre mash-ups of gameplay conditions, weapons, units, and more.

The full experience won’t come out until October, but you will be able to play very soon according to the most recent leaks.

When does the Battlefield 2042 beta come out?

The leaked early access beta release date for Battlefield 2042 is September 22nd.

Media World seemed to leak the date as September 6th (via Reddit), but known leaker Tom Henderson says it should come out on the 22nd instead. He also claims that the open beta will probably launch on September 24th.

None of this is official as all EA and DICE have said is that the playable demos will come out in September. We will update this article when an official announcement is made by EA.

How to get Battlefield 2042 beta early access

You can get early access to the Battlefield 2042 beta by pre-ordering any edition of the game or subscribing to EA Play.

It doesn’t matter which edition you buy, but – if you want to play the full game early in October – you will need to purchase one of the more expensive packages.

Unless you’re really devoted to the series, we’d recommend waiting for the open beta before spending any money. After all, it will be free-to-play for everyone and will thus allow you to see if it really tickles your fancy.
