ONE PIECE 1056: a circle closes on the island of Wano
With the end of the battle with Kaido, the ending of Wano also began to approach. The very long ONE PIECE saga started several years ago, in the distant 2019, with three acts currently still in progress but which have little else to tell. The next island where the Mugiwara will go is getting closer and closer.
With ONE PIECE 1056 points are made to other subplots that had been generated on the island or that had begun with this long saga of the emperors. In an interview, Kinemon apologizes for not having been there during the admiral’s attack, but was visiting O-Tsuru, still alive despite a burn on her face. Carrot instead is summoned by Nekomamushi and Inuarashi e elected new regent of Zou, as the two of them will stay in Wano. Shinobu instead came back younger and took O-Tama as her pupil. Instead Momonosuke, now Wano’s new shogun, observes the progress of the island and meets his grandfather.
A few days later, Momonosuke and Kinemon were not greeted by Luffy and his companions. The protagonist of ONE PIECE is at the port with Kid and Law, talking about the route to follow now and the situation of Buggy, who founded Cross Guild with Crocodile and Mihawk. But the finale reveals another surprise: Yamato is ready to go to the port to ask to become the eleventh mugiwara and thus travel the world.
